Overview
The process of childbearing and breast-feeding alters the shape of your body, especially after multiple pregnancies. Frisco & Plano, TX plastic surgeon, Dr. Robert Najera, along with his wife: cosmetic vaginal reconstructive surgeon, Dr. Aimee Nguyen, offers a complete mommy makeover to help you get your original body back. With this dynamic duo, the complete mommy makeover includes the breasts, tummy, buttocks and even the vaginal area. Hormonal and physical changes that occur during pregnancy and post-pregnancy can cause breasts to grow and then shrink, leaving them a different size and shape than before. You may find that your stomach has loose skin that no amount of diet and exercise can fix. Some patients feel stretched out and loose in other intimate areas such as the vagina that can affect your sexual wellbeing. A mommy makeover procedure will give you back your pre-pregnancy look and feel. For permanent results, patients should have no further plans to become pregnant.

Surgical Considerations
A tummy tuck, liposuction, and breast enhancement services are the most common mommy makeover treatments, but we may include facial treatments as well to freshen up your look. BOTOX and Juvederm are simple ways to give your face a little lift without surgery. Many who seek mommy makeovers opt for arm or thigh lifts to target the excess skin or flab that can collect in these areas as well. Dr. Najera will have an in-depth discussion with you concerning your mommy makeover treatment plan and he will make sure that all of your aesthetic goals and concerns are addressed.
During/After Surgery
The length of the surgery will depend on which combination of procedures is performed, but generally, the surgeries are completed in 2-6 hours. Patients will be put under general anesthesia and may be able to leave the same day, but many will be required to stay overnight. Patients should expect to have temporary swelling, bruising, and some pain for 1-2 weeks after the surgeries. More strenuous activity can be done 4-6 weeks after your mommy makeover. Most patients will see their final results after 3 months. Results will be permanent if the patient’s weight remains stable and she does not become pregnant again after the procedures.
Expected Cost
The cost will vary based on which procedures are chosen as part of the treatment plan. The typical patient spends between $18,000 and $27,000.
