Procedure Details

Dr. Najera discussed with patient that she would be an excellent candidate for a subpectoral breast augmentation with silicone implants via an inframammary fold incision incision. He discussed the differences between saline, silicone, and shaped implants. She states that she would prefer the round silicone implants. Complications discussed including pain, bleeding, infection, malposition, unsymmetric breats, capsular contractures, and poor scarring. Post operative recovery time discussed. Dr. Najera also showed her where the incisions would be on Touch MD.
