Dr. Najera performed a bilateral breast augmentation with silicone shaped implants and a full tummy tuck. Since she was more ptotic on the left breast, she required a mastopexy (peri-areolar lift) to symmetrize the breasts. She wanted shaped implants for a more natural look.
